Store was out of a lot of items on the shelves. The freezer section had been moved around and it was hard to find items. The cashier's need to do a better job bagging the groceries some of them just do not know how to bag and are not easy on the food when they putting it in bags. Rather rude when you say something to them also.
I tried calling there to get some information the operator Ms Charles Richardson she informed me that she was unable to help me because she was unable to get out of her chair. And call in associate to look for the item that I needed then she informed me that it was not her job to do so. Then she went on to say what I was looking for was right there by the register. And she sure that is there so when I informed her that. She was being rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help me which was her job she started talking to me like I was her homegirl, I informed her that that was unprofessional and it was unacceptable then she left me on hold for 7 minutes not cool Walmart not cool
Pretty decent would describe this wally world. Six out of ten. It's the last one for at least 20 miles though, so stock up! open 24 hours- bonus!
Store going nothing but down hill. I only shop here on accordance that no other store has the item. Last time I went the customer service manager Josh couldn't even cash a coupon for infant formula. He tried to argue it was expired when he was pointing at the date written with a snarky look. I went back after finding the expiration date (3 months away in big bold letters in the middle) and he pulled a coupon out for a number that gave the retailer instructions on how to cash the coupon. Walgreens did it for me no problem though I'm so thankful for their friendly team.
Terry, the manager in the Tire Center was AWESOME!! I had some on going problems with a set of tires that I purchased from another Walmart location. He took his time to talk to me about my options and what he could do to help fix the situation. In the end, I was extremely happy and had excellent customer service.
