They seem to have done a good job, were here 28 minutes and charged $200 exactly for a minor repair. I wish they had itemized the bill because I can't figure how it could have cost that much considering we didn't buy any major parts, just a very small piece of pipe was repaired.
Same as indicated in previous review, did not provide estimate over phone at all, added a "weekend fee" once finished, 400+ to replace a busted heating element. Bonus is that all sorts of issues are occurring now due to the work and once again we have no hot water.
Crook! He refused to give an estimate before he did the repair. When he was finished, he charged me $200. He was at my house for exactly 15 minutes, ten of which he spent searching through his tool box and arguing that his reason for charging so much was that the fix required a "rare part." The next day, I priced this "rare part" at Lowes, who had an entire container of them. The price was under a dollar. This swindler of a plumber charged me $200 for 5 minutes work and a 90-something-cent part.

Called regarding a weekend emergency. Would not give any idea of cost. Said it would definitely be more on the weekend. Very nasty attitude as if I had disturbed him by calling. If weekends are an issue perhaps do not advertise 24/7 service?
